To select critical elements that should be part of a harmonised evaluation approach

To create a harmonised evaluation framework

To make available publicly protocols and written guidance for the harmonised evaluation approach

Phase 2: 2021-2022

1.

To promote knowledge exchange and peer-learning between people working on evaluation of One Health
surveillance for AMR and AMU and social scientist experts in governance and impact evaluation

2.

To review strategies for effective One Health governance and to assess their suitability for governance of
AMR and AMU surveillance

3.

To identify and adapt relevant evaluation methods for evaluating governance and impacts of One Health
surveillance for AMR and AMU, including the capacity of such systems to inform decision-making

4.

To apply selected evaluation methods to a series of country-based case studies

5.

To consolidate publicly available guidance for AMR and AMU surveillance evaluation
